I just tried them and they work. It's still frustrating learning how to navigate those sites. Even just finding my own entries is a headache. I tried to post something privately tother day, and it seemed to work in on place (LJ, I think), and not tother (WP, I think). But I can't find the private entry anywhere. Except at Xanga. Which is going away. Unless I fork over $48 a year, which I'm not going to do. If they paid ME $48 a year, I'd consider it.
The further I dig into this, the surer I am that I'm through with blogging.

Aww... I'm tempted to say that neither of us is too old to learn new tricks. frustrating though it may be. My Grandpa never really got overly-happy about the horse-less carriage, him being in the horse-shoe fitting bizness.I did 'Bookmark' your WP site, and I'll visit promptly. Not that I ever made a buck playing scrabble, mind you. @jsolberg - In U.S. Scrabble tournaments, QWERTYS is the only acceptable plural of QWERTY. The Brits have donated QWERTIES to the international lexicon. The main reason I know this is that I spend a lot of time learning lists such as RETIES plus two blanks.As for WP, it's not that I don't want to learn how to navigate over there. It's that I don't have the incentive to invest the time it would take.But I would love to follow you wherever you go. I've already sent you an email, so at least that address is in my permanent files (as long as my computer never crashes).
I checked and your e-mail address is in my contacts. There's no way I'm paying Xanga $48/year so that I can blog here. I'm not apt to blog anywhere else, either. I'm too busy with life events that I don't have time to blog about anyway. I can share what I want to briefly on Facebook and keep up with those who follow me there, including my family and performer friends. Followed you on WordPress. I don't have a blog there at this time, but I used to do some freelance writing on a WordPress site. I deleted a LiveJournal account years ago. I had it only to read fanfiction. Anyway, thanks for sharing the links!
